We stayed at Christmas RV Park from January 2024 to June 2024. In November 2023, Brenden accepted a new job in the area, and he began searching for a campground that was available, affordable, and conveniently located. Given that it was winter, we were fortunate to find an available site. We stayed in site CC, which is located in the back corner of the park. First, the location of Christmas RV Park was ideal for us. It was close to Brenden’s new job, and just a short drive from Titusville, where we did our shopping. Orlando International Airport is also reasonably accessible from the park. However, the pricing felt a bit high for the value received. While we understand that it's an RV Park, not an RV Resort, and that prices in Florida tend to be higher, the experience didn’t fully justify the cost. The RV sites weren’t level, and the roads were covered with large rocks, which detracted from the overall comfort. When it rains heavily, many of the sites, including ours, tend to flood, which created quite a hassle during our stay. At times, the park felt more like a trailer park, as some sites were cluttered. While many full-time residents maintained their sites well, the overall appearance could be improved. The website presents the park as well-kept and clean, but our experience was mixed in this regard. An important note for RV owners: if you have a smaller RV, you might be able to get a site closer to the front of the park with a concrete pad. However, larger RVs are typically assigned to the back of the park, where there are no concrete pads, and the sites are generally more difficult to access due to narrow roads. The office hours are limited, making it challenging to get assistance when needed. Additionally, the water quality was poor, even with a water softener and filters. We resorted to filling gallon bottles from Walmart or Publix for drinking. Another downside was the lack of privacy, as people often walked or drove golf carts through our site. Some dog owners also allowed their pets to wander far into our space, which was frustrating. We have two dogs, but we always kept them close to avoid encroaching on other sites. As for amenities, the park has a pool located next to the road without any screening, though we didn’t mind and often swam in the evenings. WiFi is available but only works well near Santa Hall, where the office is located. There are two coin-operated laundry rooms that are well-maintained, as well as clean and nicely kept bathrooms. The dog park was a great feature, providing a space for our pups to run freely. During the winter months, the park hosts various activities and brings in food trucks, which added to the community feel.

Office staff are very hard to reach, they have very limited open office hours. We booked over the phone but never got a confirmation email and couldn't reach them again, so we just hoped our site was available when we got there. ( it was, thankfully) I believe this was once a very nice campground but the upkeep isn't there. Most of the campers ( i think at least 90%) are long term rentals from up north. People were very nice and friendly. Sites are rather small and on top of each other, roads are not well kept and fairly narrow. Our site had a wood deck ( which one was super nice and good size ) but had a pretty good size whole in the middle of it, right by the steps... I thought it was pricey. Over $100/ night is the daily rate. We just had an event nearby that's why I picked this place but it's convenient for a weekend trip.
