I'd give it no stars if possible my friends live there and Nyoka had the water shut off because the water pipes were leaking which caused them to have no water all winter due to as soon as it was fixed days after the water main was frozen too. Signs are posted at the front office about the noise ordinance but she doesnt do anything about it so if you're looking for peace and quiet go somewhere else. Neighbors play music at 7am every day with loud bass. On top of that the roads into the place are full of pot holes which has never been fixed I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Needs new management maybe someone who will actually be in the office and take care of complaints for the residents and enforce the rules.
Feb 16, 2025 · daemos12The manager, Nyoka, is very hard to get in touch with and not very pleasant to talk to. She does not care about the safety of the residents of this trailer park. This park is filled with ash trees, that they knew, started dying years ago. I can see two huge trees cracked down the middle in my yard and across the street. Nyoka still refuses to cut them down because they're out of budget. When I expressed how unsafe I felt and looking to move, rather than seeing it as the safety hazard it was, she suggested I move. The streets have holes bigger than the Grand Canyon. They would rather spend that money on cinder blocks to place on the grass rather than fix anything. They're too cheap to use salt on the roads during the winter. They hire the cheapest maintenance people if any at all. This is by far the worst trailer park and management of the whole Cedar Valley. 0 stars
Feb 15, 2023 · Brianna WatsonAnybody else notice the missing reviews? A year ago there were many reviews for this trailer park, well over a hundred, most of them (rightfully) negative. Now there are only 18. How much money do you think "management" (said in massive sarcasm quotes because they can't actually effectively manage anything) spends on removing negative reviews? Maybe that's why lot rent keeps increasing. They sure aren't using that money to increase the quality of the trailer park. The most they ever do is temporality patch the potholes once a year (if that), but the "fix" never seems to last longer than 4 months. Some of these potholes are so deep that if you look hard enough, you'll see the very fires of Hell itself. Not to mention the fact that "management", if you can even call her that, is almost never in the office during posted hours. What is she hiding from? Sure, they have no problem raising the rent for no reason, they have no problem posting notes on your door when your grass is shorter than your neighbor's, who didn't receive a notice. But when you have issues, genuine complaints, such as the obnoxious amount of noise caused by residents revving their engines, whooping, and pounding on their own front door at all hours of the day and night (looking at you, Lot 426), they're nowhere to be found. It's very telling that the City of Cedar Falls wants very little to do with this place. They'll keep the trailer park within their borders for tax revenue and supply electricity and gas, but otherwise this place is such a complete dumpster fire that the City would rather pretend it didn't exist. Water is pumped in from out of state (seriously?), children are sent to Hudson for school, and trash is picked up by Waterloo. Where exactly are we? Combine that with the fact that management tries to pretend that this is a gated community when it's easily the trashiest trailer park for many miles around, and you can see how Country Terrace definitely has a massive identity crisis. At least more than half of the residents are decent...but a lot are definitely sketch. Some of y'all's birthstone is crystal meth, and it shows. Overall rating: 0/10, would rather have shards of glass in my eyes than live there again under current "management".

Apr 17, 2023 · Blake RidensteinQuiet place to live for now. Consistantly raising lot rent to keep the "high quality" of the park in the going on 3 years ive been living in the park, with no improvements to anything. With almost 100 lots and whats being charged for lot rent, surely they can afford to properly repave ALL the roads.. AND enforce the tennants to upkeep their yards AND places..Driving by the park is an eye sore of several delapitated units that have probably been vacant for awhile.. the main company could do better..but wont.
