Do yourself a favor and avoid these landlords. To these landlords, tenants are not human beings in need of low income housing, we are resources to be mined for extra profit every year to help fund their business expansion. Each and every year you will receive the same letter in the mail explaining how the company doesn’t want to increase the rent they charge but that their “operating expenses” require them to do so. Meanwhile, they buy more land and more assets to expand their operations, all while claiming that they can’t afford to stay in business without increasing your rent. They also do nothing to improve the quality of life of their tenants; local recreational facilities don’t accommodate the general community and we as tenants of these landlords are restricted from owning recreational equipment like basketball goals unless they are kept out of sight. Not only does your lot rent increase every single year but it’s impossible to reach anyone on the phone and it’s also nearly impossible to pass a weekly yard inspection. They say that they inspect yards on Mondays, so I’ve made a habit of cutting my grass every Sunday, yet somehow every Friday I get a warning that I need to cut my grass in 3 days or be fined. If I mow my grass every Sunday and pass inspection every Monday then why am I getting threatening emails every Friday? Do I need to mow my grass twice a week? What do I need to do to avoid being threatened with fines? I’ve tried to reach out to management to figure out what needs to be done but there’s never anyone in the office, they don’t respond to emails and their business phones go straight to voicemail. Unfortunately, due to the poor management practices of this company, and the unnecessary stress and anxiety they place on their tenants, I have resorted to capturing video evidence every week when I mow my grass to protect myself against these accusations that I am in violation when I am not. We shouldn’t have to live in a place where we are constantly looking over our shoulder and trying to protect ourselves from the overreaching hands of bad management groups who seek to limit our potential as human beings by minimizing our rights to be a free people while also maximizing their bottom line profit dollars with our hard-earned income. I don’t know about you, but I can’t afford another rent hike. I’m sick and tired of these limited liability corporations from having so much control over my life while limiting their liability to it. It’s not right. Something has to change in America to take power away from companies like this and give that power back to the people where it belongs.

Please avoid this place horrible mobile home park. very unsafe Community, very bad communication with the managers and rent goes up by 100 every year. My lot rent just increase to 551 ridiculous. If you speak Express your concern within the community the management tells you “if you are not happy your take your home and move”. And please lock your cars otherwise strangers will come and take everything out of your car.
