I couldn’t say better things about this place. Kathy was an absolute doll and was so friendly and sweet both over the phone and in-person. We tent camped during a cold night so we were the only people in the tent field area and we got a great spot that was secluded yet close to the restroom. I was so at peace here and felt very safe. Thank you Kathy! We will return when back in WV :)

It was a nice campground with a friendly touch of being able to sit around a fire with others or playing a game of cornhole. The lady who runs it was friendly and helpful. It was clean and seemed well maintained. Would stay here again.

Spent 3 days here drycamping in the overflow camping area to explore New River Gorge NP. This is an absolute perfect location which is centrally located to explore the NP!!! We absolutely loved our spot!!!! They had no room for our 5th wheel and I asked about a dry camping area and Kathy the manager said yes, but there are no hookups. She was very helpful and kind and provided me with the details of safely navigating our 48 ft 5ver prior to arriving. The bathhouse/laundry was about 300 yards from our site in the pic and were clean and adequately supplied. We paid $30 a night which we thought was a fair price considering our location. Also, we met Ronnie the owner, and he was a very nice and down to earth gentlemen. He was out working with several of his employees adding several full hookup sites to the park.
