Older, neglected. Spots are fairly level & covered with crumbled asphalt. Baths locked, couldn'tget in. NO WIFI. The place makes a poor impression overall. A farm with a campground for extra incom, with no upgrades.
Apr 15, 2025 · Ed OdellReally nice. Beautiful view every morning. Lots of deer running around. We were here for almost 2 weeks. Very nice people. Clean and Quiet! Laundry room was clean. Area was clean.
Nov 23, 2024 · Meleisa GreeneStayed 3 weeks. Amazing opportunities for sightseeing. Perfect surroundings. Spectacular views. Beautiful woods and farmland for walking. Cows, but no smell in the campground. It takes about an hour to drive into DC, however, 2.5 to 3 hrs to return. Take the train to DC from Manassas. Free parking (get voucher off website or from visitors center), park on second story in spaces 1 thru 69. Relax, and in 55 minutes, you're at Union Station. Park owners are great. Family has owned the property since the 1800s. And, if you're so inclined, cow #354 let me pet her several times! There are some things that warrant mentioning in case they would upset some people. Not us, but some might not like the way spaces park one in, one out putting rv'ers front door to front door. We met some great people because of that quirk. Also, sites are close together.
Oct 10, 2024 · Lisa EllermanThis is not a Hotel it’s a Campground …This campground is located off the beaten path . Convenient to everything accessible in the area Manassas Washington DC Sterling Fairfax Arlington Everywhere local . The family that own this are remarkable people . The spots are plenty big for your rv and vehicles . Just enough grass to be enough . Huge grassy area for your dogs to run and play . The pool area is exactly what it says it is . They do have picnic tables located in the shade room to get out of the sun that has couple of games there and maybe a small store there in pool area .
Jun 02, 2024 · Foxxy Loxxy 01Awesome stay. We were able to park our camper facing our friends camper. Made it a great time to spend time with family and friends. Ladies in the front office were super helpful and accommodating. We stayed here to enjoy a concert at the Jiffy lube live music venue. We will stay again.
