Whether you're staying for a night or settling in for a longer visit, Heritage RV Park is designed to make you feel right at home.

One of the standout features of Heritage RV Park is its excellent location in Augusta, Georgia. You'll find it conveniently situated at 3863 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909, USA. This address places it just about three miles off a major highway, making it incredibly easy to access for those traveling along busy routes. This short distance off the main road means you get the convenience of quick highway access without the constant noise, allowing for a more peaceful stay.

Beyond its immediate accessibility from the highway, the location on Wrightsboro Road is highly advantageous for RVers. This area of Augusta is well-developed, boasting a wealth of amenities right at your fingertips. You’ll find "a lot of restaurants and stores nearby," ensuring that you have easy access to dining options, groceries, supplies, and any other necessities you might need during your stay. This convenience is a huge plus, as it minimizes the need for extensive travel once you've settled into your site. Whether you're looking for a quick bite, a sit-down meal, or just need to stock up your pantry, everything is within a short drive. The blend of easy highway access and proximate urban conveniences makes Heritage RV Park a strategically smart choice for any RV traveler passing through or visiting Augusta.

Heritage RV Park prides itself on offering a straightforward yet comprehensive set of services designed to make your RV stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. While specific details on every single amenity might best be confirmed directly with the park, based on common RV park offerings and the positive customer reviews, you can expect the following:

  • Full Hookup Sites: It's highly probable that Heritage RV Park offers sites with full hookups, meaning access to water, electricity (likely 30 and 50 amp service), and sewer connections at each individual site. This is a standard and much-appreciated convenience for RVers, allowing for a self-contained and comfortable stay.

  • Spacious and Accessible Sites: RV parks like Heritage typically design their sites to accommodate a range of RV sizes, from smaller travel trailers to larger motorhomes, with ample space for slide-outs and easy maneuvering. The presence of a camp host assisting with backing in suggests well-designed, manageable sites.

  • Friendly and Helpful Staff/Camp Host: A recurring theme in customer reviews is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, specifically mentioning "Mike the camp host." This personalized service, including being shown to your spot and receiving assistance with parking, significantly enhances the guest experience.

  • Clean and Well-Maintained Grounds: Visitors consistently highlight the cleanliness of the campground. This suggests a commitment to regular upkeep and maintenance, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests.

  • Office and Check-in Services: An office staff is on hand to handle check-ins, provide information, and assist with any needs or questions guests may have, contributing to a smooth arrival and stay.

  • Pet-Friendly Environment: While not explicitly stated in the provided reviews, most modern RV parks are pet-friendly. It would be wise to confirm their specific pet policies, but it's a common expectation for travelers with furry companions.

Heritage RV Park stands out for several key features that contribute to its positive reputation among RVers. These highlights underscore why so many visitors recommend it for a stay in Augusta:

  • Exceptional Friendliness and Customer Service: The staff, including the mentioned camp host Mike, receive high praise for being "super friendly and nice" and "very friendly and helpful." This personal touch, including assistance with backing into spots, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the park apart.

  • Immaculate Cleanliness: Repeatedly, guests commend the campground for being "clean" and having "very clean" grounds. This dedication to tidiness ensures a comfortable and pleasant environment for all visitors.

  • Reasonable Pricing: Visitors note that the park is "priced reasonably," offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided. This makes it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers without compromising on quality.

  • Convenient Proximity to Amenities: Being just three miles off the highway and having "a lot of restaurants and stores nearby" is a significant highlight. This ensures guests have easy access to dining, shopping, and essential services, enhancing the convenience of their stay.

  • Quiet and Peaceful Atmosphere: While close to conveniences, the park seems to offer a peaceful environment, suggested by the lack of complaints about highway noise and the overall positive sentiment about the stay.

  • Ideal for Short and Extended Stays: Whether you're stopping for "one night on our way to the beach" or considering a longer stay in the area, the park's features cater well to both transient and longer-term guests.

  • Overall "Wonderful Experience": The glowing reviews, including sentiments like "Wonderful experience" and "A must stay while in Augusta Georgia," indicate a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.

As with many local RV parks, information on specific, ongoing "promotions or special offers" is not always widely advertised and can often be seasonal or based on availability. Heritage RV Park is noted for being "priced reasonably," suggesting they already offer competitive rates. However, it's always a good idea for visitors to inquire directly about any potential discounts for extended stays, military personnel, or senior citizens, as these are common offerings in the RV park industry.

The best way to learn about any current promotions, special weekly or monthly rates, or deals for specific dates is to contact Heritage RV Park by phone. Their friendly staff will be able to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date pricing information and let you know if any special offers align with your travel plans. Don't hesitate to give them a call when planning your trip to Augusta!

We only stopped for one night on our way to the beach, but the campground was clean and the staff in the office was super friendly and nice. I would stay longer if we were staying in the area. Wonderful experience and priced reasonably.

The Rv park is 3 miles off the highway with a lot of restraints and stores near by. Mike the camp host was very friendly and helpful, he showed us to our spot and helped us back in! The grounds are very clean. A must stay while in Augusta Georgia .

This place is convenient for an overnight off of I20 (4 easy miles from the interstate) or for a couple of nights if you're visiting the Augusta area. Reservations and check-in were smooth. The roads are gravel and wide enough to maneuver easily (37 ft Class A with TOAD) Sites are a little close together but not obnoxiously so. Good mix of permanent party and transient.

One night stay traveling north. The site was nice and clean with a concrete patio and aluminum picnic table. The campground was immaculate! The man at the office showed us to the site and was very helpful. The only complaint would be it was next to the dumpster and the road (somewhat noisy). I would stop here again.

Great staff and helpful upon arrival. Great location. Down side; no outdoor showers, bathrooms or laundry room on the property. The dog park is closed due to a past hurricane that damaged the area. While I appreciate the park being dog friendly, there are dog dropping all over the property due to lazy owners not picking up after their pooches. Would recommend dog pick up bags, trash receptacles and signage throughout the property reminding folks to clean up after their dogs. Overall, would recommend park, but score them a 3.5 out of 5.
