I lived in this trailer park for four years. When I moved in the only rules Bruce gave me was no selling drugs and no doing drugs outside your home. So I’m not sure what all these rules are that people were talking about. Any issue with the trailer was fixed within a few days. Any riff raff causing issues got evicted which I was grateful for because my neighbors were a problem. Quiet park, friendly people, clean community. If I hadn’t purchased a home I would still be there. FYI I moved out about a year ago.
I live here for about 5 years if I can give it a zero stars I would do not rent at this place he will charge you for repairs that he’s responsible for and he will not fix we email him three times about a leak and the flirts sinking in in the laundry room that man didn’t even bothered to come check it. He didn’t repaired it so we had to leave it’s a horrible to live here and this man is so mean and rude when you go in the office to let him know that something wrong at the place you live. It’s ridiculous. DON’T RENT HERE!!!!!
The owners of this park are wonderful people. They run a safe and clean park. It has been around my entire life, and it is one of the last MH communities left in Columbia county.
After living in one of m&m trailer parks trailers for 11 years I get told Bruce won't renew my lease (plenty of others in the park got the same notice) Bruce isn't a caring landlord at all and if it was under different ownership I believe it would be run correctly.. He has his "favorites" and he treats ppl the way he wishes to do so.. I'm glad I'm in a better living situation than I was in since he's tooken over it's been hell Remind you it's like a prison over there with all the rules he lays down. If you move here take this word of advice stay to urself a lot of ppl will snitch and use what you say against you!!!!
Have family that stays here.. Very strict rules! And if not followed down to a T you'll get evicted. Drive slow while going through here kids in the road all the time, trailers are okay and the environment is okay , would not recommend just because of landlord if owned by someone else I would recommend to everyone lol hope this review helps someone :)
