Doesn't maintain trailers, constantly getting rude with tenants over trash in neighbors yards receiving nasty notes twice a month.... Trailers filled with black mold, the manager is a sorry ass excuse of a human being... Stray cats break into your trailer through the vents and have kittens in your place. And seriously nasty neighbors with the exception of a few. Oh and when it rains and you live toward the back of the park expect flooding. I recommend staying away from this slum Lord paradise...
