Promotions or Special Offers

While Highway 27 Fishing Village is a privately owned and operated business, it doesn't typically publicize fleeting, short-term promotions in the same way a large chain might. Instead, its "special offer" is built into its long-standing business model: consistently "super affordable" prices and a high-value experience that fosters multi-generational loyalty.

As noted by long-time customers, the pricing is a significant draw, contributing to families returning "spring to fall" every year. This suggests that their regular rates are already set at a competitive and attractive level, making it an ongoing "promotion" in terms of value for money. The focus seems to be on consistent affordability and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages long-term stays and repeat visits rather than seasonal discounts.

Potential areas where you might find "special offers" (though not explicitly stated in the provided information) could include:

  • Extended Stay Rates: Given that families spend "spring to fall" there, it's highly probable that Highway 27 Fishing Village offers attractive weekly, monthly, or seasonal rates that are more economical than nightly stays. This is a common practice for independent campgrounds that cater to long-term campers.
  • Group Discounts: For the "4-5 different families" who come together, there might be informal or formal group rates available, encouraging larger parties to book together. It's always worth inquiring about this for larger gatherings.
  • Loyalty Programs: While not a formal "promotion," the strong loyalty implied by "coming here for over 30 years" suggests that the consistent quality, friendly owners, and reliable pricing serve as their de facto loyalty program, earning repeat business through satisfaction.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, including any potential long-term stay rates or specific package deals they might offer, it is always recommended to contact Highway 27 Fishing Village directly using the provided phone numbers. Their "fantastic owners" would be the best source for details on how to get the most value out of your stay.

We were going to stay 2 wks but decided to go elsewhere bc there are not any showers or a dump station to the best of our knowledge but possibly near the trailer park. If you're looking for a beautiful and peaceful area then this could be your spot. No discounts but price is right, $12 a night. Water available but might need 100' hose to connect. Electric available too. Lake access is good.

We stayed for our first time at the Village this week and their outstanding service blew us away! They were very friendly and gave us their condolences. The cabins were very clean and homey. We were in town for a funeral and we had a few sentimental items that were accidentally overlooked. We called the Village the next morning asking them to please check our room. They not only found it but they personally called us back after they dug through our trash in the dumpsters and found it mistakenly thrown away! They also offered to ship it to us! They are very honest and caring people who have a heart for their visitors even if it's your very first time! We will be definitely be back! Words can't express our gratitude! Thank you!
