They started out relay nice, but they never fixed the siding on the trailer(which made my 9 month old sick), and we never got the back door steps(which was a safety hazard). After we moved out, it took them 43 days to complete the final inspection, which they blamed a burst pipe on us, and then it took 71 days after the end of the 30 day notice, for them to finally get us our security deposit back after I had to cite the law and threaten my lawyer on them. Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. They do not care about you, only your money. I don’t suggest anyone ever move in here while on hard times. Just a reply to your response, the 30 day notice was done through email as Trixie stated was fine. It was sent on December 26,2024 and expired on January 26,2025. I really like how you’re blaming me for the burst pipes when I turned off the electricity since i refuse to pay for 2 houses electricity bills, and also if you look in maintenance issue # 3305 it states the following: Master bathroom constantly running because tank is angled, siding on street side of home is falling off, limb is still on roof, still don't have second key or rear steps. Please repair these items. Thank you. You guys only repaired the toilet, and gave us our second key. I was promised that you would get to the rest of these items, but you never did. You guys really are very unprofessional. And yes I finally received my security deposit 71 days after the 30 day notice expired. When according to Indiana Code Title 32 Article 31 chapter 3 section 12 (a) (3), I only have to wait 45 days before I take you to court. Thank you. And also I was charged $300 for the damages so I did not receive a “full refund” as you so suggest.
The experience me and my husband had was absolutely ridiculous yall need to get your crap together
The new owners need to do their part and help out the residents that pay good money to live there. They have no one to plow the snow off the road, and many that live there are senior citizens. Not to mention a ton of maintenance that needs done and the list goes on.
Clean nice area bigg double wides. Little park is cool and wooded area kinda tucked away
