This place is a nice looking community, but they are honestly way too strict. The list of rules for the park and for your lot is 3x as thick as the actual lease for the lot. They also raise your lot rent every year no matter what
Friendly community / don't pay contractors after work completed!
It's a nice mobile home community. And they have great race on their lot rent with a lot of new modern homes and not a lot of old trailers there either!
