I absolutely love living here, it’s quiet and if it’s not “quiet” Jim and Melissa take any complaints seriously and professionally and still try to work with the residents to make the issue known and better. The washrooms are clean and have toasty water , the washing and dryers work most of the time and if (naturally) there is technical issues with the washers/dryer’s they refund with no fuss. Mind you washers and dryers running almost a constant will likely have issues at times so naturally it’s understandable. It’s clean and the residents are respectful of the rules which is appreciated. This is such an upstanding place, peaceful even. The pond is my favorite place to visit and you can even catch and release! It’s fun to walk around and just get a little exercise with our dog and he seems really happy here too (he isn’t a fan of noise) so it’s perfect. Very happy to be here! Highly recommended on my end, been here nearly 4months and will likely be here for many more to come.

Started staying here in March immediately huge cat problem. Lady in a spot in the back all her cats. They never did anything about it. They replaced all the washers and then raised the prices to 3.50 a wash and 2.50 on the front washers. They always keep the pool locked even though we’ve verified multiple times that it’s open. Final straw when they kicked us out was my husband was pulling a trailer and the office manager came out screaming and yelling at my husband telling him to slow down, they exchanged a not nice choice of words and then her husband came and kicked us out. The office manager started the argument by being extremely rude and unkind. When I called to speak about it and apologize which I did their daughter made a comment about how bad my husbands parenting is to talk to someone like that with her in car. They take care of nothing in the rv park, only enforce rules when they want.

This RV site is so beautiful. One of the best we've stayed so far. The maintenance, the upkeep, the view we have, the pool, the space, and the cleanliness are all 5 stars. Not to mention that the onsite laundrymat was such a plus and convenience. Definitely recommend

We stayed here for a couple months. Overall, it was a nice RV park. Some of the older RVs could use some TLC. The other guests were friendly and the staff was very attentive. We stayed in the newer phase. The sites are spacious but the lack of trees and being up on the hill make for some hot and windy days. The facilities are nice. Probably once of the best laundry buildings we’ve seen at an RV park. Showers and bathhouses also very spacious and clean if you need those. The pool also is well-maintained. Plus the park is right next to a dinosaur amusement park. You could literally see a brontosaurus from our site! Great value for the area!
