For Ohio locals seeking a convenient and scenic escape into the outdoors, Indian Springs Campground LLP in North Bend, OH, presents an intriguing option. Offering a range of camping experiences, this campground is a fixture in the southwestern Ohio camping scene, attracting both short-term visitors and those looking for more extended stays. Like any popular destination, it has its unique attributes and operational nuances that are important for prospective campers to understand to ensure a pleasant and problem-free visit.
Indian Springs Campground LLP is a notable presence in the North Bend area, known for its focus on RV camping. Reviews from real customers offer insights into both the physical amenities and the operational aspects of the campground. One review points out the specifics of the bathhouse: "The bathhouse has showers that are small. The shower head is at 5ft. Uncomfortable if your a person over 6ft like me. I prefer nicer amenities. Other than that nice place overall." This provides a practical detail for campers, suggesting that while the bathhouse might be functional, it may not meet everyone's comfort preferences, especially for taller individuals or those desiring luxury facilities. However, the overall sentiment remains positive, indicating that the campground offers a generally "nice place overall."
Another review delves into a more critical operational aspect, particularly relevant for extended stays: "I have stayed here 3 times over the last 3 years. Never had a problem, till this year. The office did not call me or email the amount of the electric bill THEY calculate that is supposed to be paid on the first of each month with the rent for the month... Camper beware, especially if you're camping because of work." This feedback highlights a specific challenge regarding communication about electric bills for monthly renters, suggesting a need for campers to be proactive in understanding billing procedures, especially for long-term or work-related stays. It underscores the importance of clear communication between the campground office and its guests.
Despite these specific points, Indian Springs Campground LLP continues to be a destination for Ohio locals. It offers 73 sites, with many being full hookup sites (electric, water, sewer) and accommodates RVs up to 80 feet in length, including pull-through options. This suggests a campground well-equipped for various RV sizes and needs. Its setting in North Bend, a gateway to the wider Cincinnati metropolitan area, adds to its appeal, balancing rustic charm with accessibility to urban conveniences.

May 31, 2025 · Jon DavisI have stayed here 3 times over the last 3 years. Never had a problem, till this year. The office did not call me or email the amount of the electric bill THEY calculate that is supposed to be paid on the first of each month with the rent for the month. I called five different times left voicemail on the answering machine. I'm at work during their office hours, they have a Dropbox. Finally they called me back on the 3rd wanting me to pay $50 late fees and $122 electric, I kept saying "I kept calling for the electric bill total and no one called and told the amount. She said we don't call people, when you come into pay that's when we tell you. They had our check for the next month, plus a $300 deposit when we checked in, minus the late fees and told us to move our camper or it was being towed, on the phone by Tim . I guess you're supposed to miss work to go during office hours (which was NEVER the case in previous years) or be psychic about the electric bill amount. Camper beware, especially if you're camping because of work.
