Services Offered
Lakeview Mobile Home Community aims to provide a functional living environment for its residents through various services commonly found in manufactured home parks. While some resident reviews raise significant concerns regarding maintenance and property conditions, the standard services generally expected in such communities include:
- Lot Rental: The primary service involves providing a designated lot or "pad" where residents can place their manufactured or mobile homes. This includes the space itself and the necessary utility hook-ups.
- Utility Connections: The park typically provides the infrastructure for individual utility connections to each home lot, such as water, sewer, and electricity. However, the serious concern raised by a reviewer about a unit lacking "gas tank or heat" is a critical point that prospective residents must verify directly with management to ensure all units meet legal and safety standards for habitability.
- Road Maintenance: The upkeep of internal roads within the community is typically the responsibility of the park management. While a review mentions the roads being "very noisy" and issues with general maintenance, the provision of well-maintained roads is an expected service.
- Community Management: A management team or property manager is typically in place to oversee the operations of the park, address resident inquiries, and handle various administrative tasks. However, reviews indicate concerns about management responsiveness and awareness of issues.
- Background Checks: The community explicitly states that "adult tenants must complete an application and pass a background check to verify 1) income, 2) recent criminal history, and 3) recent evictions." This is a service aimed at maintaining a secure and stable community.
- Pet Policy: The community allows "up to 2 dogs or cats up to 30 pounds," indicating a pet-friendly policy with specific limitations.
Given the serious nature of some of the reviews, particularly concerning essential utilities and maintenance, prospective residents should exercise extreme diligence in verifying the condition of any unit or lot before signing agreements. It is imperative to confirm that all properties comply with local and state housing codes, especially regarding heating and safety.

Customer Reviews
Well i know someone who is living there and their trailer doesn't have a gas tank or heat. That is against the law as a landlord to rent a place to someone that doesn't have heat. The building commissioner and code of conduct is the ones who told me this. A friendly word of advice if I was u the landlord I'd be making sure every unit has proper heating before u end up losing ur rental properties.
Nasty place to live snitches and ratts everywhere and there very noisy and they don't fix anything
They need to upkeep some of their homes
Nice community
