Firstly, mobile home parks like Lakeview can provide a more accessible entry point into homeownership than traditional real estate, or a more flexible rental arrangement. Well i know someone who is living there and their trailer doesn't have a gas tank or heat. That is against the law as a landlord to rent a place to someone that doesn't have heat. The building commissioner and code of conduct is the ones who told me this. A friendly word of advice if I was u the landlord I'd be making sure every unit has proper heating before u end up losing ur rental properties.
Nov 17, 2023 · Shonna AdeyemoI've been here almost three years. Hardly anyone abides by the rules here (at least the ones I was given when I moved in), there is a lot of traffic including loud trucks going in and out all hours of the night and early morning when your trying to sleep. Over all this is a good place to live.
