For Indiana residents seeking a housing option that balances affordability with community living, Lakeview Mobile Home Park in Wabash offers a relevant choice. Its suitability for locals stems from several key aspects that align with the needs and preferences of many in the region.

Firstly, mobile home parks like Lakeview can provide a more accessible entry point into homeownership than traditional real estate, or a more flexible rental arrangement. Well i know someone who is living there and their trailer doesn't have a gas tank or heat. That is against the law as a landlord to rent a place to someone that doesn't have heat. The building commissioner and code of conduct is the ones who told me this. A friendly word of advice if I was u the landlord I'd be making sure every unit has proper heating before u end up losing ur rental properties.

I've been here almost three years. Hardly anyone abides by the rules here (at least the ones I was given when I moved in), there is a lot of traffic including loud trucks going in and out all hours of the night and early morning when your trying to sleep. Over all this is a good place to live.

Ive been told that the new owner Rex allows sex offenders to move in now. Even though he kicked out a couple when he took over as new owner a few years back. What a hypocrite.
