Based on available public data and common industry practices, here are the services generally offered, alongside insights from resident feedback:

  • Lot Rental: The primary service involves the rental of individual lots where residents can place their manufactured homes. This provides a designated space for their home within the community. The community states it has 80 full hook-up sites.
  • Utility Hook-ups: Each lot is equipped with hook-ups for essential utilities, including electricity, water, and sewer. • Community Management: The community provides on-site community management to assist residents. This team is typically responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing leases, and enforcing community rules. However, reviews critically highlight that the "lady who works here in the front office is very unprofessional," "takes advantage of the people," charges "ridiculous amounts of money under the table," and "favors certain people." This indicates severe concerns regarding the management's conduct and integrity.
  • Parking: The community has designated parking spaces, some of which are rented out. A visitor review notes issues with visitors' vehicles being tagged even in these rented spaces, suggesting strict or potentially unclear parking enforcement.
  • Onsite Community Management: As advertised by the park's management, they offer "onsite community management to assist you when you need it." This implies direct accessibility to staff for various needs.

The lady who works here in the front office is very unprofessional. She takes advantage of the people who live in this mobile home park. She charges them ridiculous amounts of money under the table and favors certain people in the trailer park. She needs to get looked at and fired for what she does. They have parking spaces that she rents out, and we as visitors can't park without her tagging our trucks. Also, they have the worst water and sewer issues that can never be fixed. The entire park needs to be shut down or have someone who knows what they're doing work here.😔✌🏻

They parents need to teach their kids not to throw rocks into the new neighborhood. If you're an adult witnessing the rocks throwers( and im assuming it's kids) YOU SAY SOMETHING AND GIVE THEM SOME GUIDANCE.....SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING PPL WORK HARD FOR WHAT THEY HAVE.

The water issue it the most Anouilh part of living there, they have made a few improvements in some areas how ever important things like water which with water, sewer and rent bill they charge enough and keep easing the bill so they should have enough money to fix this matter but they just don't care. Don't recommend living here, if they can't even fix a water issue.

Terrible place my mother had a home there for years and they started off being ok. They had one manager after another and each got worst. Water and sewage always an issue, if you complained their would try to find something wrong so they could threaten you with eviction.

Manager is the laziest. She was never in the office when she was suppose to be and everytime we had to call her as if to make an appointment. It was really silly, and the only time you will find her is when the rent is due
