If I could give 0 stars to review this place I would I am currently living here and I can not wait to get out the trailer that they gave us to rent has had so many different problems sense we moved in the told us it was live able and when we got here it was not the vent covers were not on the carpet was not done the furnace broke a week after we moved in and we have three kids which are young and now in our children’s room the floor is rotting away and we have requested for the “maintenance guy” to come fix it and he has not and it is getting worse we are trying to get out as fast as we can don’t ever move into this place it’s a scam and it’s not worth your time or money

The mobile home park is pretty decent. The trailer we r in temporarily isn't the best. A lot of upkeep needed for this trailer. The biggest problem here is the water. It tests bad and that scares me.

Worse place to live they up your rent 10 bucks every year to get roads fixed wonder what there doing with that money cause roads have not been fixed for the 3.5 years I have lived here scamming people big time
