Lot rent goes up each year. Currently about $1000 a month. The pool has been "refurbished" since the winter. Its reaching 90 degrees this week. Still no pool.Our office says its "waiting for permits " You have to pay to have your yard trimmed and edged or you get a written notice. You are responsible for any tree trimming and cutting down. I could go on but I am only making myself more irritated

It's 2025, again Do your research! Monthly fees do increase every year and you never own the land, so guess what you pay forever..not the best investment to leave behind for loved one's. Just saying folks.

You will love dining out at great restaurants, shopping at outside and inside malls, gyms, exploring escape rooms, and great entertainment all within 5 miles. Palm Valley is close to great medical care by doctors of all specialties, rehab facilities, and hospitals. Oviedo, a suburb of Orlando, has been listed in the top 50 places to live in the US by Money Magazine. I love my home in Palm Valley. There are many amenities, and they have been upgraded and look beautiful. Our clubhouse has been remodeled. New management has done a great job . You are close to groceries, shopping, medical care etc. You can swim, play tennis, workout and our commu ity is very quiet and full of wildlife.
