They often come with community-specific rules and regulations designed to maintain a consistent environment for all residents. Therefore, it does not typically offer short-term "RV park" style promotions or transient special offers. The fundamental value proposition for residents comes from the ongoing opportunity to rent a lot for a manufactured home.
Any "special offers" would likely revolve around the availability of homes for sale within the community (if any are offered by management or third parties), or potentially incentives for new residents, such as a period of reduced lot rent, although this is not explicitly stated in the provided details. Given the nature of manufactured home communities, the most consistent "promotion" is the comparative affordability of lot rent versus traditional housing costs in the region.
For the most current and specific information on any potential incentives, available homes for purchase or rent, or details on lot rent pricing, prospective residents in Pennsylvania should directly contact the community management. New ownership is unreachable! Rent has been raised twice within a year. Used to be 400,then 550, and now 625! This is absolutely ludicrous!!! Roads are in poor condition and some of the mobile homes look like a junk yard. Stray cats everywhere. Nobody has a phone number to get ahold of management. We haven’t had a new lease in 3 years! Something needs to be done.
Aug 02, 2023 · Shawna IhrigNew ownership and management since last year and has only gotten worse. Promised roads were to be repaired almost 9 months ago. Potholes are now large enough to swallow a car. Sky high rent with zero amenities. Look elsewhere as ownership only wants to take as much money from tenants as they can.
