I have been trying to get ahold of the community for weeks for repairs. No call backs, no email sent back, no communication whatsoever. My lease ends in a month and i want to make some changes to it, but can’t get ahold of anyone for that either. Hopefully a google review will get through to them in hopes of getting someone to communicate with me. I’d love to update this post to show the family oriented and beautiful atmosphere around here.

I love it here. I feel safe, it's quite, clean, lots of littles, and family's. Mr Brett (the owner) is a very kind, great & godly man! Tim (the maintenance man) is also a great guy!

I feel safe here, very family oriented, when I visited it was always kept up. I have friends who purchased their land and put a large double wide on it with storage buildings in back. They have lived here a long time, no issues
