My daughter made reservations and paid 340.00 for the first night stay. Not even 20 minutes later she had a family emergency come up that changed her whole plans. So she called them right back and explained to them what happened and they told her I’m so sorry to hear that. We will refund your money due to the circumstances. Now it is almost three weeks later no refund and now they are saying no refund. They are rude and inconsiderate. I really thought being a FAMILY campground they would be more compassionate. Come on! It was 20 minutes after she made the reservation. Live by your word and refund the money like you guys said you would. Customer service is important when you run a business. Terrible customer service at this business. No compassion and understanding to their customers. BE CAREFUL WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS WITH THIS COMPANY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL! This is a response to your comment regarding this situation. My daughter has called you every day since your response. They are still refusing to talk to her about this matter. I don’t know what is going on but it seems like there is a lack of communication with your employees. I would appreciate this matter to be taken care of. Your employees are not following protocol if refunds are given if cancellation is on the same day. I would like someone to please handle this.

My reason for giving a 3 star is mainly due to the fact that they close everything down early during the week. Pools close at 6 as well as the office. They don’t have any activities during the week either. We usually come here every summer. We have found another campground with a water park that we will be visiting later this summer. Hopefully we will Love it and make it our new go to campground close to home.

We just stayed here this past weekend and can't wait to go back again! We love this place! We had an issue with our A/C in our cabin and Maintenance came right away, his name was Tim and he fixed the issue immediately. He was super personable and friendly. In the office we met Teresa C. and she was amazing, so friendly and made you feel at home! Thank you to Tim and Teresa C. for making our stay so awesome!!

We had a nice time spent at this campsite. Unfortunately, we realized that it was winter for a lot of places here and had our expectations pretty high seeing the pool and all the activities cater to young children. If it was summer it would be so much fun but obviously not a lot of people camp during the winter period so hence why some activities are closed for the season. The playground was a really good one! Our kids pretty spend the whole 5 hours playing at the play ground.

We stayed here for three nights. The grass was high outside the rv parking area. The white lady at desk front was very rude to us as it was three o'clock and we needed out bracelets for the pool changed being they change the bracelets color daily, she wouldn't give us our purple bracelets making us wait until she got done with the school bus kids that were buying there candies it was along line, honestly she couldn't just give us the bracelets and record it later we paying alot of money and just were ready to hit the pool before the rain. They should at least have two people at the front and not making your guest wait as the cart guy tries to give us the bracelets she stopped him telling us to get in back of line. Not very professional at all.
