Customer Reviews
I have lived in the park for 6 years. It is the cleanest, family friendly, secure park in the area. The person who made the derogatory remark, bad mouthing the park is no longer here. I would have no problem letting my children run around the park. This park is under video surveillance 24/7. The management is outstanding and maintenance personnel are fantastic. In fact I will probably be here the rest of my life.
Used to be a real nice park when I moved here almost 4 yrs ago. Seen some ups and downs, but it's in the gutter now. Management is non existent, maintenance is a joke. If you are thinking of coming here, I suggest that you bring your own lawnmower and weed eater. And maybe a tub full of plumbing parts, or at least the ability to make repairs. Rolling Oaks has turned into Cantons top dope fiend and thieves friendly park on the I-20 stretch. When you drive through and see that the park is half empty, you'll know why. They are running good tenants off by the droves to keep the trash
We have been in Rolling Oaks Rv Park since December and we love it!! The staff here is always willing to help, and the managers try and resolve any issues as quickly as possible! We plan to stay here as long as they will have us!! We love the welcoming family atmosphere!!! Highly recommend!!!
Great staff, Jerry is an awesome person. And keeps the place looking clean and well-kept. I have no complaints or issues w noisy people. Very relaxing environment.
I stayed here long term for probably about 6 months. We really wanted to like this place and stay longer but sadly that didn’t happen. The premium spots are great. Huge walk out rounded patio. I loved that but other than that, the park definitely has room for improvement. For starters, the grass is always overgrown. We were told they had a lawn service and I think they got rid of it so the grass would get to your knees before they mowed. And they mow one week, weedeat the next so by the time they are done, it’s time to mow again. The laundry room is okay. Definitely not the cleanest. They only take coins which does kind of make it inconvenient. Most new parks have card machines. The showers rooms are absolutely disgusting. They never wash the shower curtains. The lady who cleans the shower rooms leaves her dogs in her camper for DAYSSSS without coming back if that tells you her cleanliness. People drive extremely too fast and they send out emails about it and say send out emails about it saying how if they see you speeding you get a warning and after that your kicked out but people continue to speed and management continues to do NOTHING. I cannot tell you how many times people would drive 15-20mph through the park. But yet never get in trouble and the one time I drive a little over the 5mph speed limit, the park host is telling our neighbors to tell me to slow down. Also the dog poop situation is ridiculous. We were given a warning for not picking it up but yet we always did. I’m pretty sure they were talking about the dog poop near the road that wasn’t even our dogs. Yet I picked it up several times to avoid getting in trouble for it. Also it is VERY DIFFICULT to see it when the grass is a foot tall!!!! This park could be great but sadly the management is lacking and I’m not so sure that the owner is even aware of some of the issues. For example online it states they are open Monday- Sunday and they are never there on Sundays. They also say they close at 5 or 5:30 and they always leave at 4. How is anyone supposed to be able to get mail when you are closed at 4.
