Maybe if they stopped robbing people for to much rent it be a better place. Heard very bad things about new property management on how they want to act like they own everyone's mobile home. It's a 8 mile mobile home park not a 1

We are very happy with our choice of this park to winter. When we arrived in town and discovered we could not stay with friends on their property, so we started calling around for a place to stay. It was late Saturday evening and everywhere I called was closed. I left messages with many parks, but only one place called me back, safari’s property manager, Heather. I was given instructions how to fill out an application, which I did and emailed it back. A half hour later I called and spoke with Heather again and told her that I sent the application. She told me it would be reviewed on Monday when the office was opened since they were closed. I explained my situation and we were stranded. She told me come to the park and where I could park and hook up and that we would take care of everything afterwards. Wow! We were so relieved and grateful for Safari for taking us in since we had no place to go. We love it here and have had to stay longer than we expected due to health reasons. The people in the park are friendly. The place it clean and the park property manager is a gem. She has been so attentive to our needs and we feel so very welcome here. My wife and I decided that Safari will be our home base when we are in Texas. Thank you Safari RV for going that extra mile to help us when we were stranded. Heather is a champion and she really cares for all us like family. We are happy to be a part of this fabulous community.

Been here over a year now in my RV and i love it. Quiet and friendly and respectful people.The management (Heather) here is great and proactive in resolving any issues that arise better than any apartment community ive ever known . I love it here! The prices are better than surrounding areas, the sites are level, it's quiet, nice neighbors, the laundromat is clean, and staff is helpful! There is a 24 hr pager number and after office hours the manager gets back to you in record time. I hung up, my phone rang...end of story. I could go on, but you get the point. Fantastic place to stay; or if you choose, settle permanently.

I gave four stars because the location is very convenient, they have good water and good electric. Our Passport America membership price was $17.50 for the two nights we stayed. The woman in the office is very nice. They could help their image by just cleaning up the junk laying around and cutting some weeds down.
