Understanding these various viewpoints is crucial for anyone considering Saltwater RV Park as their next destination.

Introduction / Overview

Saltwater RV Park is a residential RV community located in the picturesque coastal town of San Leon, Texas. This park primarily caters to individuals and families seeking convenient and affordable RV living, whether for short-term visits or extended stays. What truly sets Saltwater RV Park apart for many is its "all bills paid" approach for certain rental periods, simplifying monthly budgeting for residents.

The core essence of Saltwater RV Park, as highlighted by some residents, is its friendly atmosphere and the attentive care from the landlords and grounds staff. One positive review specifically praises the "very friendly" environment and "very nice and respectful" landlords, noting that the grounds are well-maintained weekly, keeping the park "looking fresh." This suggests a commitment to fostering a pleasant and orderly living space. However, it's important to acknowledge that not all experiences have been uniformly positive. Some past residents have reported significant issues, including pest problems (specifically roaches), unhelpful management regarding maintenance (such as plumbing or heating issues in their RVs), and rude interactions. This place is horrible. I went down there to visit my daughter and the girl, if you can call it that, looks horrendous. She was rude, smart mouthed and refused to give me the owners information. People, there are sooo many more RV places in San Leon, I would suggest using ANY OTHER.
