Suffice it to say it's very easy to buy a Manufactured Home through them but I promise if you do you will regret it from day one! They will tell you every lie in the book to get you to buy and then will do everything in their power to try and force you to stay. There favorite lie is to tell you that you HAVE to keep your Manufactured home at their park until it's paid off or the lender will reposses your home and that is nothing but a lie made up to try and force people to stay at this dump! They constantly find ways to charge you ever more and more for lot rent in an area full of bums and transients who will rob you on a dime and have even had people drive through the park just randomly shooting at the homes. They have a Tow Company that just goes through and tow's cars even when they aren't parked in the grass or the street and they do NOT provide adequate parking for the homes and then they may or may not even pour you a real driveway. If people had an inexpensive way to move their homes from this dump this place would be empty in a week but because 90% of the people there don't speak or understand either English or the law they scare them and force them to stay. So buy at your own risk but be warned you will regret your purchase and be prepared for cops to be there on the daily and all manner of crime.

They don’t deserve even one star; they have the worst service. The manager discriminates against people and is extremely arrogant. If they don’t like their job, they should quit. No one deserves to be treated like trash. I suggest the manager buy a sign that says OPEN or CLOSED if she doesn’t like being interrupted during her ridiculous meetings. Don’t waste your time at this place.

I honestly think the owner of the property needs to reevaluate his employees all the way from maintenance up to management. The other day I took my family to the pool I left my car at the office for 15 minutes to bring things into the pool & get everyone situated. At first the maintenance men were whistling as I had no idea why I look their way nothing is said & I come out to move my car & the tow truck was ready to tow my car away. You can't even enjoy a day at the community pool without threatening for your car to be towed away. I have heard countless stories about these tow trucks & how people are always being towed for basically no reason. You're always on edge in this community wondering if you parked your own car corrcetly in your own driveway. I get there are contracts but the office told us before we can park how we need during the day but after 7 or 8 the tow trucks come around but this just isn't true . My niece had her car towed the other day around 11am cause it was a little bit outside the driveway on a Saturday I truly think that is ridiculous & I have personally watched the manager walk around the community calling the tow company herself which I just truly think is outrageous.

This is the worst place anyone can live at. Please do your research before moving here. In the last 2 years there has been homicides, kids almost getting kidnapped, they will tow your car from your driveway if a piece of the tire is touching the grass. Crime is really bad and they raise the lot cost every year. They paint it as a wonderful place but it’s not. Please, do the research, pass by late at night and see how it is before buying/moving there.
