The manager can be sort of standoffish but maybe he's had bad experiences with people of color and or with just not good people. I don't know but other than that I think the neighborhood is perfect, it is affordable, and the people go to bed at 10:00 p.m. I can deal with whatever I have to in exchange for all of that..
