We came in late afternoon, and we're assisted quickly. The place was clean, and the pads were gravel. The electricity went out late in the evening and it was not just in the park, it was the whole area. Even so Casey offered to refund our money. What a friendly and courteous man. Very nice experience!

Made reservation and paid for a site over the phone prior to arrival. Once we arrived there was ONE site left (we were told there was 3) and we had to move boards, bricks, water hose and some clutter just to get parked. After getting parked there was no sleeping due to all the noise from the traffic not only on the highways that are beside the property on two sides, but also traffic within the park itself. Wished we would have checked the place out before making the reservation. Lesson learned
