It wont take ZERO!!! Nosey park hens stand around gossiping, no life! Maint man hanging out perving on the hens.. Manag. writes everyone up for the same issues, I did everything on the list immed. & get same notice w/ late fees for 6 mo., then evict 3 days, they keep your $20,000 trailor to resell...quite a raquet going on there, scamming/abandonment they call it. Cant open both doors of the car without hitting the neighbors trailor!! Worst park Ive Ever Seen!

Cant step outside your house without the 3 nosey women staring you down. Then when the manager drives through, they are hanging all over the outside of her car. Get rid of that it would be a nice place to live.

In my experience still Estates seems to be a bit of a place of discrimination, I don't know what it is but they are not willing to even take money to give somebody a chance and having a New Life

Bumpy rundown falling apart, 325 lot fee about 50 dollars overpriced. Water pressure mediocre. Not even thinking about it!
