When we moved in the lot rent was good for seniors at $255 per month. Several new owners have raised the cost so that recently a new group bought it and we were paying $703 but it included lawn care and we paid our own water, a very low amount. The new ownership says that their Prospectus gives them the right to raise the rent coming up to $780 and the residents must now pay to have their yard work done, which never happened in the past. There are parks that have a lot rent of $615 to $650 per month nearby. Many seniors that live here selling or moving due to the hardship of massive increases in log rent. We don't reccommend anyone to buy here as it has put us in a strain finanially.

I lived in this park for 3 years. I had to stop paying lot rent to get my funds together to leave. My home was not worth spending money on to upgrade. Patricia Braun is the new manager with the new owners. She is joined at the hip with a Law firm named Atlas Law. They both work together to screw you over. They are on the phone daily working on a plan to get rid of everybody they can before selling it to a developer who will tear it down and build industrial buildings there. They allow drug dealers to go untouched and have moved in another drug dealer just this past month. The park has major issues regarding the water pipes underground. They are old and the whole park is on the verge of collapse. The lead and rust in the pipes will make you sick if not kill you. When you want to get with Patricia Braun....she is never at the office when specified by their park notice when taking over. She is only there when she feels like it....and this is not good for tenants and owners who need a park manager who is honest and has your interests at heart. Do yourself a favor and pass on this drug lord kind of park. They also have no intention of having a Maintenance man....to help keep the park community in decent shape as it is already a piece of junk. The 3 years i lived there i saw the water levels reach up to 18 inches around my mobile home...as the drain sewer system is not in very good shape. They have no intention of correcting the problem. So, with a small lake across the street and the pipes and the drain system....do not buy in this park. The writing is on the wall. It will be surely sold soon and you will get F over and lose everything. Just ask others about it...they will tell you.

I love it down here in this park. It’s off the beaten path, not close enough to a big main highway to be noisy. It’s easy to get in and out of the park due to low volume of traffic. It’s so quiet and peaceful and that was on of my aims to look for when I bought. The residents are friendly and the management is terrific and extremely helpful. The maintenance man is also friendly and helpful. All the big stores and businesses are close and the beautiful white Sandy beaches are just 7 miles away as is the airport. People couldn’t ask for a better place to spend retirement.
