It's alright really, a little pricey, not very big, still a work in progress, but never actually crowded and always chill. They have a nice pond, boat storage and even have Internet thru most of it. The only negatives I've seen is this one lady likes to scream at people instead of not being lazy and actually talking to people and using her words to explain what's wrong. At least it's close to the lake.

The setting for the campground was beautiful. Just off a country road, the park surrounded a small lake that was home to geese, ducks and a great blue heron. I took frequent walks around the lake and park with my dog. My lakefront site was relaxing, peaceful and convenient as it was a very short walk to restrooms & laundry. The park was just a two minute drive from a grocery store, restaurants and a pharmacy. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

Review: Not Welcoming to Short-Term Guests – Know What to Expect I’m sharing this review so that others considering this campground know what to expect. We were looking forward to a relaxing weekend with family and friends, but unfortunately, we felt completely unwelcome throughout our stay. The campground has a number of long-term residents who seem to believe they run the place. It felt less like a campground and more like a gated community with a self-appointed HOA. They made it very clear that they didn’t approve of short-term visitors. Our kids were kicked off the playground at 8:30 PM — despite it being posted as open until 10 — and were spoken to rudely by residents. Later that night, while we were simply sitting around a fire with low music, spending time with our family (including small children), someone called to complain that we were “partying.” No one ever approached us directly, but the complaint prompted a visit from staff, who told us we weren’t doing anything wrong. Even after that, the manager cornered me in the office the next day and gave me a hard time about the situation, which made us feel even more singled out. We followed the rules and were simply trying to enjoy a peaceful weekend. Unfortunately, the attitude of the long-term residents and the lack of support from management made that impossible. If you’re considering a stay here, just be aware — you may not be treated like a welcome guest.
