Tecumseh village Is a nice please With friendly people who take pride and where they live .the maintenance guys stay on top of things and the manager is a nice lady willing to help where they can.
This place is nice place to live. They gave my family our first home to live in as a family. It is a quiet environment the most you get is the little ones for fundraisers on your porch. The manager takes all concerns to the owner and trys to get back to you with answers as soon as possible.. most of all the rates for living there was repectable, especially to own afterwards. I lived there for 6 years just moved into a larger home as the family expended.
Don't do it! That is my advice unless you want to move into an unhealthy trailer. Owners don't care if they are selling or renting out a trailer that should be condemned. With water leaking in the light fixtures on the celling,(fire risk) Windows and doors leak, holes in the flooring, moldy smell, plumming under the trailer well what's that? Apparently park owner don't think none of this needs to be fixed before moving someone into a trailer. Central air is a fire risk, the blower don't work unless you open it up and use a stick to turn on the fan. Outlits upside down, hot water lines crossed, plumming inside is awful, pay matence man only $10.00 an hour. I'm sure I left more out like finding out the place I moved into was empty for 15 years! And for thoes reason I would never ever recommend anyone to live here. And if I could give 0 stars I would. Not cool at all!!!
To many cats around other then that it's fine
When the place tells you that they can work with you and then turn around and don't do it and tell you property Owner changed itsays they need a $3,500 down payment for it
