We stayed 2 weeks at the campground. It is well kept, the bathhouse we used was spacious and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. Ashley was amazing and addressed our situation with kindness and efficiency. I would have given it 5 stars but the weekenders/seasonals are not friendly. They are loud, unruly and take over the park from Thursdays to Sunday.
Aug 01, 2025 · Lourdes AmilWe love this camp site! They offer tent camping, RV setup, and cabin rentals. The first time we stayed here, a few years ago, we rented a cabin. It was lovely! Clean, neat, and perfect for the one night we needed in order to see a concert at Arrowood Farm Brewery. This time we got a tent site, since all of the smaller cabins were already taken. Check in was easy and they were super friendly. We got a perfect little camping spot with some trees surrounding us. We walked to the concert and walked back. Built a little fire and then slept like babies with the frogs and bugs singing us to sleep. In the morning, we cleaned up, packed the car, and headed back home. Would 100% camp here again.
Jul 29, 2025 · KiraAll in all its a nice campground. Navigating it is a bit tricky first time here. Roads are all over the place but once you find your bearings its not bad. The bath house near us did not have working showers. A little drive across the park is a larger bath house with working showers. Warning, all of the water here smells like a taco fart. Yep, a taco fart. Im sure its safe but its almost gagging when taking a shower. We are currently here, not a fan of the assigned spot thing. It rained before we arrived and there was 2 inches of water filling our spot. We made due, it seemed to drain off fairly quickly. There is plenty to do outside the campground. We enjoyed the waterfalls the most. We will definitely make the 5 hour trip back here. The staff we encountered were very polite and attentive.
Jun 21, 2025 · Josh MyersIt's sad when a Beautiful camp is ruined by bad staff. If you are full timers and need reliable internet don't come here they have about 10 full hookup up sites with clear sky. And if the sites are wide open the entire time you are there they still won't let you swap to them. They will Lie to you or just put you on hold and never come back to you. I watched the staff argue with multiple people and then lie to us I can see why people got upset with them. If you are looking for a nice camp for the weekend and are free of responsibility this camp will be fine for you. But with the assigned sites don't expect any honesty or help on moving if needed.
Jun 01, 2025 · Klint KnightWe stayed for a long weekend. The staff was friendly and our site #36 was spacious and we had plenty of room for our jeep. We visited Lake Minnewaska to take the dogs on a hike. It was beautiful! We also visited Arrowood Farms about a 1/2 mile away and had great food at La Rita Del Sol food truck! There is even a trail on the campground that led down to the Creek. Definitely would return to stay again!
