Small, quiet, family owned farm setting. Very friendly. The long-term residents came over, introduced themselves & offered to help if we needed anything. Owner stopped by a couple of times to check in on us to make sure everything was ok. Cute little general store with a small café. We didn't get to eat there, so I can't comment on the food. Only downside is there is zero shade. BUT it's laid out in such a way that it catches a good breeze. Highly recommend them. Will DEFINITELY come back.

While I wouldn't argue with reviews of the super nice staff at Todd Farms, the campground left much to be desired. Of the 27 or 28 available sites I would say a reasonable guess would be at least 24 were full time residents. Site was extremely unlevel and rutted, very little grass, mostly red clay and sand. Sites are very close and difficult to get into even for pull-throughs. They graciously refunded our money and we moved on - just not our cup of tea.

Owner over stepped his bounds several times. Sent people to gawk at my place. Dictating; pushing his plans on me, when I just wanted a peaceful place to stay. When I bought an RV, he adamantly wanted me to take a $1300 loss so he could pay what he wanted for it when I resold it. I couldn't believe he wanted to hurt me financially. Just very invasive....so I got out!!! It would do for passing through for a night, but keep conversation at a minimum if you like your privacy. He loves to tell his residents' business. His wife though, is amazing! Not much in the way of amenities.

Stayed here a few weeks recently. Very friendly Level spots wifi and cable works good, utilities are brand new. I liked that it was wide open and could let my son run in the field with his dog.
