The UMH community we live in is well maintained, safe and very quiet. Our neighbors are so friendly and kind. We were very blessed to be able to find a home in Cranberry Village that suits our needs as a family with a disabled family member. Our service animals were welcomed and we are so very thankful for both the office and maintenance staff, who have helped us with various things since we have moved here. Any issue that has come up, has been fully addressed within a reasonable amount of time. We have been very pleased with all the repairs and replacements of the items in our home that had an issue. Outstanding job. Thanks y'all

It’s a very clean, quiet and well run property. Management is very responsive to any question you might have and also any problem.

This is a mobile home neighborhood and probably one of the nicest ones around. The rentals are as is and when you move in not much is done except maybe a carpet cleaning. Regardless of how bad the carpet is, it's not getting replaced. No walls painted, ie. Management is not very nice, but the grounds guy is great. However, most shockingly the rent goes up about a consistent 5% a year whereas cost of living is around 1%. Unless you keep getting a 10% raise every year good luck keeping up with the increases.

I would give it 5 stars because grounds and other families are wonderful but it's expensive here just like all cranberry and all you get is trash removal for the rent of the property. We own our mobile home. We do property care and maintenance.
