This is an old KOA turned trailer park, no upkeep is being done. Electric Neutral and Ground were reversed in the electric boxes of the 4 my husband tested. No One in the Office only a phone number. Don’t worry about using the Bathroom codes, door locks are visibly broken. Shower floors filthy. * The club house was clean and nice furnishings.

Booked a night online. When I got there the office was closed and the map was illegible. Figured out my spot but it wouldn't fit my rv. Called them and changed spots. Got all back set up and my watchdog power surge protector kept turning off and on. Watched voltage and one leg got over 135v and then it swapped to the other leg. Definitely has a loose neutral somewhere. Potential to send 240v through your rv damaging electronics. Left to go to another RV campground, didn't even stay the night.

There is absolutely no staff ever in the office, they don't return calls. the rec room looked like it was nice at one time but it is filthy, bugs all over the floor, no toilet tissue in Any of the bathrooms, and the ceiling is falling in and insulation hanging down. And I noticed a huge spider web behind me. I got a stick and removed it and all the babies. Trash is over flowing, and the place in general is not kept up with. So sad. We were here years back and it was so nice.

Love the signs. So many parks aren't making it easy to find them. Brent was so helpful and accommodating. Love the park. There was road noise but it IS right off the highway. We take no stars away for that. WiFi was fantastic. Easy to park in these huge pull thrus. Full cab, long bed dually towing a 40' 5th wheel and a Dodge 1500, all fit easily. Will definitely stay here again

Decent for overnight FV stay; however, be advised the Westbound ramp back onto I-10 is closed, serious work. Difficult to get to next open ramp without signage. Pay close attention to GMaps. The campground is ultra close to Interstate, just pretend that noise is ocean waves crashing against the sea wall… and maybe, you’ll get some sleep. Turn your fans on HIGH. 😁
