The park is not as bad as some are saying. I've lived here for over 20 years and never had any problems. Management is firm, but that is to be expected, if they were sugary sweet, no rules would be enforced and all hell would break loose. There are a lot of good tenants, don't let the couple of bad ones keep you from visiting or living there.
Aug 22, 2018 · Jackie Strauss3 stars for Good price but other then that the community is terrible, disrespectful people, tons of stray cats, raccoons tearing up siding, I had to professionally remove a family from out of the top of my house.. it’s a zoo. loud music, ripping atvs all day, seems like the community and people that live here actually run this place. I don’t think the owners have there heart into this one being they have other locations, I’ve lived here during multiple owners and I can honestly say the current owners aren’t doing the best job to actually keep the community looking nice, trailers are run down and the owners drive nice cars. It’s crazy. Hopefully they can fix the loud music and maybe the website will be true when it says quiet enjoyment. Btw there is no basketball court or community park. I am a current resident. Thank you sorry for the honesty but it’s the truth.
Jun 16, 2021 · Flywith nikeSure there are better places to live but, when you are starting out in life or just looking for a cost alternative to those expensive homes, why not here. I have lived here since the 80's and have not had many problems, low crime , easy access to freeway and close to some of the counties finest shopping... WELL worth what you will spend
Mar 06, 2019 · Mark KnappStay away .. slumlords. I moved to the community back in 2018, the trailer I privately purchased needed fixing. We were aware the trailer needed repairs and a cleaning but and instead of a welcome greeting the owner at the time, Jim, knocked on my door and cussed my fiancé and us out for items that were left by the previous owner. We explained to him that we had JUST moved in but still who the hell communicates like that?? No way to speak to someone like the way we were treated. Who communicates to residents in that manner? We were completely baffled at the community’s poor customer service etiquette. Stayed there a year and I got the hell out of there! I fixed the trailer very nicely and fixed the yard up. I even requested for management to re do my skirting and PAID and they never did always stated that I was next in line EVERY-TIME I called and the day never came around I ended up buying a home. And please do not get me started on the agents at the office. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. VERY rude, loud mouthed, eye rolls, unnecessary sighs, forced help, VERY uncalled for. I am a leasing agent and their type of customer service is just revolting ... DISGUSTING attitude. Oh and did I mention one of their own maintenance workers crashed into my vehicle because they failed to stop at their stop sign during Icy roads , which THEY FAIL TO SALT DOWN. The roads there have pot holes, stray cats everywhere, homeless people living in abandoned trailers which need to be removed from the community, my trailer was broken into because of that, which I made a police report as well. Just a terrible experience ... I can go on and on. Oh pleaseee... stay away.
Nov 04, 2020 · Kembili SaucedoFine at first, Management brought racism into the picture. Me and my family constantly harassed by one of the workers there called Scott. To the point we had to move out. I don't recommend this place unless your white supremacist.
