Nice try. Just because you don't have me in your records doesn't man I don't/haven't lived here AND it doesn't mean I can't share my experiences. And those experiences have been terrible. The rent goes up and the "maintenance" is non-existent. Get off the comments and work to improve it.

Bought this place over a year ago. Still haven't received my title. I keep getting the run around. Taking legal action!!! Now you are raising the lot rent again...what lot??? There is no yard nor parking. What work have you done to this place besides kicking people out of the trailers you had no title to that you were illegally renting out, no one abandoned their trailer!!! STOP LYING TO MAKE YOURSELF LOOK GOOD!!! Them are facts because i know a few of those people that were evicted. You haven't done anything to this place, get real nobody is even ever in the office. Infact this last snowfall is the first time you plowed the roads and salted by the mailboxes since I've lived here for almost 3 years now. I wish i could rate this place a negative 5 stars.

honestly it’s pretty bad. i’ve lived here almost two years and it took them a really long while to fix the roads. biggest downside is the limited parking. neighbors will have people come who don’t live here and take other peoples spots. trailers are run down and whoever owns the place refuses to do maintenance. plus nobody is ever integrated office. they rarely answer the phone as well. i had a pipe burst in january of last year and the park tried to get me to pay for it when it was on them. i’ve also been threatened to have my vehicle towed for parking on the grass when there is literally nowhere to park. some neighbors cause issues but most are very quiet , nice , and keep to themselves.

When you move in here make sure that you read your lease very very carefully and keep a copy of the clothes keep close tabs on your rent receipts make sure that everything is up to code. They do not like fixing things in here and when they do fix them they try to charge you I can understand it if you own the trailer but not if you are a renter but to them it does not matter if your owner or a renter they tried to charge you just the same that is if you can even get it fixed in a timely fashion. And the parking around here there is one parking spot per trailer it is directly in front of your trailer other than that company has to park in the parking lot next door at the restaurant or somewhere else and walk to your trailer not seeing is all bad in here because it's not the neighbors are quiet and that is good everybody seems to get along but there are a few issues. I've been here two years come April cannot believe how they do things around here this winner on multiple occasions they have shut the water off to the entire park without warning at all even during our real real cold spell.

Good place and ive lived here since Christmas and its not the best but they do have some nice people and trailers. The parking is really trash tho you only getone spot and people will try to take it while your out or either pull to far into your spot.I hope this review helps anyone out and hope yall can see for yourselves if youre trying to stay. Oh one more thing the owner/manager claudia is a wonderful lady and is very kind and understanding with money and rent situations and will work with you too make it a good stay.hope this helped you out.
