This place has come a way and they did a lot of up dates into this community. Thanks to the property manager Joe, I have never seen a property manager work so hard making the appearance of this place looking beautiful, clean and welcoming. She cares about the safety of this community, she always tries to do a community gathering for the kids and adults. I really do appreciate having a property manager that works hard , making the environment beautiful and safe for the kids 😊
Well we just moved in but the manager Jo gets 5 golden stars!! She has been absolutely awesome. She helped us out of a bad situation. So far she has addressed every concern we have had. As long as we can have Jo for our manager and things continue on we will be living here for a looong time. She definitely deserves 5 stars. The management were very accommodating when I addressed my concerns. We love our home. Our home is quiet, safe, and we have the most beautiful views of the lake. Many of the old manufactured homes are gone, and ones are being put in. They have spent time in cleaning up, removing old debris and trees. Alyse, Joe, and staff thanks for caring about the community!
We love the one review on here about trying to buy one of the homes but was denied... Lol wow what outrageous claims! Did she even pay attention to the fact the property manager is also "black" that has to be farthest thing from the truth since my wife and I (who is black)just bought a home here and leasing a lot 9 days ago.. I know having bad credit makes things harder in life at times when your not able to be approved or turned down. We even needed to take extra steps to ensure we could be approved for a lot lease. This is not a new concept or uncommon for renting. non payment issues, judgements or evictions can sting for a long time. With time it can be over come. I think this person needs to take responsibility of her own faults and mistakes regardless! And be ashamed of herself for using her boyfriend to make false accusations of racism because she was upset for being denied a lease! Defamation of character. It's in poor taste and illegal if you infact were able to cause the owner issues from it. Also what's worse she was attempting to spread hate
I have lived here for 3 years and counting and couldn't be happier! Besides the great community, the views off the all sports lake are beautiful year round.
