Just an amazing park for a manufactured home community. This is NO "trailer" park. This is an authentic well kept premium subdivision without the premium pricing of other parks (that have way less features). Immaculate grounds. Play areas. Beautiful pool (and heated!), and activities throughout the year for families. What I don't understand is how such a well kept park with so many amenities can offer newer (as in 2023 & 2024) homes for less rent than so many other parks in far worse condition. What I can say is this park is a future home for us. (Oh and when they say move in ready homes, management really means it - they are immaculate!)

Been her several years now not many problems they told my wife and I we had to rent another trailer or buy after 2 years however they claimed no rentals available so we had to buy due to lack of funds to move now we are buying a nice trailer but the park has ground hogs all over and I've called my wife called my neighbors called and we were told holly would call back with details but it's been months and no response either the person who answers the phone doesn't relay messages or holly ignores the messages I don't get it we pay $1700 a month!! between site rent and mortgage to be ignored but don't mow your lawn for 1 week and they force mow and charge you $100!! but ignore critters under all these homes I've walked all over with my grandchildren and see holes under trailers and sheds everywhere what gives???

Absolutely HORRIBLE office. We tried applying and it was over a MONTH process because holly and her team take 4 hour lunch breaks, don't answer phones, lie to you, and so on. Don't even think about applying for this place when there is so many other options. Trailers are mid as well. Nothing special at all, and to make matters worse, they will ticket you FOR ANYTHING POSSIBLE. they're scam artists. Edit: they'll also tell you that they have nothing to do with how fast or slow your process is. But everytime we go up there, they have zero record of doing anything they were supposed to do... Also, as someone who has lived in a sun living park, they do NOT take that long. Its purely laziness and a lack of care from the staff.

applied here awhile ago, ended up being the worst experience I've ever had. they don't answer their phones, and dont call back when you leave a dozen voicemails. had to keep wasting gas going up there over and over again because they don't answer their phones or emails. very inconsiderate and act ANNOYED as if your bugging them about your application status. after A WHOLE MONTH I decided to try a different trailer park. got my application sent through, back ground check done and keys IN HAND in less than 3 days. to holly the manager I'd like to say this. im sorry if me and my roommate were being a inconvenience to you because you in fact acted like we were, but some of the people applying for homes can't just wait around for a month. my advice to you would be to have more compassion and urgency for your applicants. every single staff member working there could have cared less, and you ALL lack proper communication. ALSO a side note, the trailer we were able to get ELSEWHERE had an extra room and it was a double wide instead of a single, and the rent is CHEAPER than the single wide trailer we were wanting here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!

As a renter they charged me $2,500 for a roof leak (not my responsibility) all the problems left from the previous tenants they charged me for when I finally moved and then didn't talk me to court or get a judgement... Just put it onto my credit report after charging me for issues that was their responsibility the whole time
