It use to be a decent they offered free Internet not no more the just keep raising the lot fee and offer nothing in return it's actually a really small lot for the moñey it's probably actually cheaper to go rent a apartment.then to buy a trailer and pay almost 600 for lot rent it's not affordable housing no more
IVE BEEN TRYING TO SELL MY HOME FOR OVER A YEAR AND NO TAKERS ITS AN OLDER HOME Willimg to sell at a great deal been overcharge for water 8 times in last year and have no choice to pay or get an eviction over matter 🙃 The Mgr Doug I believe is not telling people my home is for SALE and he has created this MESS on purpose
West Park is the worst! Management is disgusting! Lies and fees and money then evicted after thousands of hard working weeks for even more fees! Just sit behind a desk and bully tenants, don't know anything about what the community looks like and going through, unless you get a government check, then you can have a tribe in one home. I salute the hard working people like myself and to never live there! 6 managers in 10 years, and the park gets worse!
I lived here 4 years ago, they allow felons who have done horrible crimes to live here, once I left I called the office because my exs mother would not let me get my things out, the manager told me there was nothing she could do about it and basically said screw off! my ex is a convicted felon who is now again living in that trailer park.
The park is nice, but manager. never returns your phone call if you have a problem. My review has changed with new management. It now deserves a 5 star rating. The park is well run and well kept. And more improvements are scheduled
