Prospective residents should seek clear understanding of all community rules, lease terms, and the process for resolving disputes.

⚠️⚠️⚠️GET AN INSPECTOR⚠️⚠️⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️GET AN INSPECTOR⚠️⚠️⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️GET AN INSPECTOR⚠️⚠️⚠️ When we first moved in we were told rent would only go up a certain amount every 4 years. They've raised the rent numerous times in a 2 year span (citing economy) and it's been double to triple what they said it would be every 4 years. Also when our trailer was moved in no one came back to insulate and tie our water lines to the floor joist. The last 2 years our waters been freezing. Well low and behold a large portion of our water lines were left on the ground uninsulated. And the amount of building materials trash left under the trailer is ridiculous. The floors are also soft and about to fall through. I wouldn't buy a Dog House from these people.

Do not move here. They have 20 thousand rules that they don’t tell you about until after you’ve signed the papers. All they care about is getting a sale and that’s it. Many people that live here are constantly breaking said rules but they never say anything to them about it. They pick and choose who they want to mess with concerning their stupid ass rules. And they say that if you want to sell the house eventually they’ll help you but that is a lie they don’t help. Not to mention that they say that if there’s anything wrong with the house that you have a year to ask them to send someone out to fix it but that is also a lie. We’ve asked them multiple times to send someone to fix things that we’ve noticed that need fixing and the year is up and they never sent anyone. All they want is your money.
