We put a huge amount down on what was supposed to be remolded and new appliances, they tried to give a washer and dryer that was dirty , the gas stove wasn’t really new like said and the kitchen cabinets were not fixed one was about to fall apart, the countertops wasn’t even glue are stabled in it almost fell on my two year old daughter, and there were razor blades left in the air vents there were nails and pieces of metal in the cabinets left over from there remolded and it was really dirty, the water is brown it turned a white wash rag brown, it was the worst remodeled home I ever seen, the air vent in the bathroom wasn’t even cut out we had to call them to do it, the lot rent is almost 560 plus 360 water bill, before that water bill it was 40 then after we complained about it then it dropped back down to 40, it was hard for a family of six with disabilities to afford it. They evicted us Because we couldn’t afford it after $360 water bill plus lot rent, and plus the mortgage, and we are trying to sell the house in the beginning of December we went with a realtor, instead of going through them to sell it, they got mad, trying to use any reasons to get us evicted out of that house
Good place to live and raise a family. Nice quite community. We have a nice playground and pool. There's even a small dog park. The community has very high standards as far as curb appeal, keeping you lawn mowed and manicured.

Bought a new home can't wait to move in
I have lived here since 2009 and I own my home. I have never had an issue. The community is clean and always looks nice. I feel safe here and would have no problem walking in the community at night. Everyone seems to watch out for each other and their safety. A good place to live. There are people who will complain about the rules but that is what keeps it nice here. Its more like a subdivision than a trailer park. Sure, the lot rent goes up every year but so does property tax if you own a house. Everyone that visits me for the first time, is surprised how nice it is here and how it does not look like a normal trailer park. That makes me proud to live here.
