Me and my husband applied to live here. We both have clean records, but I was denied because of “social media”. We wanted to find out more about how “social media” was affecting me being approved and they said it was something they can NOT discuss. We honestly found it crazy that I was denied because of it. Yet they still have someone living there with a sketchy background (I found this out in the Facebook Nicholasville private group by the person who has the background). My husband and I believe that because we are young of age they think we will not meet their standards by being quiet neighbors (age discrimination). We are 21 & 22 with a newborn. I am in college getting my degree in education and a stay at home mom. While my husband is a Manager at Sherwin Williams. I am very disappointed because we really wanted to live here & buy a mobile home as our first home. We are barely ever home & we are clean people as well. This place would of been an amazing fit for us since my brother & sister in law live in the new home that were built near the park.
