Was called last minute to get into a unit a month earlier than planned, was shown a unit I was told I would be getting. Signed the lease paperwork quickly and came to realize I signed for a different unit. Never moved in and tried to cancel my lease. They said 10 days for an answer, it’s been 17 business days including the holidays. Office staff has stopped responding. Be careful what you get yourself into here. Update: They processed my paperwork late with incorrect dates, then refused to refund the prorated amount as I already paid the next month’s rent. Be careful with your last payments as once you pay them they will not refund you even if they owe you money.
This place deserves 0 stars. Had my daughter and her boyfriend sign a lease by threat of someone else getting their place. Told them they could move in in january and they keep getting run around and now they are 10 days away from not having a place to live with 2 kids. No communication except for excuses and not even a remote guess as to when they can move in.
PREPARE to fork out some dough for water filtration. Its almost unusable otherwise. Its terribly slimy and full of iron. Like orange water- can't see the bottom of the tub orange. Its constantly under boil water advisories. I'm sure remote villages in Africa have better water
