While one review points to a need for some unit modernization for "face value," the core of mobile home living often revolves around close-knit neighborhoods. For locals, this can mean finding a place where neighbors are familiar, and there’s a potential for building connections and friendships. This sense of belonging is a powerful draw for those seeking more than just a house, but a true community to be a part of.

Never have lived there. But have been in there many a times and picked up and dropped people off in there. It's not horrible. But I do believe there are some units that need to be removed and newer ones put in. Atleast to save the face value.

Nice trailer park! I left my car unlocked all night accidently and the $5 in change was still in my ashtray the next day.
