The manager of the place is very oppressive with the residents, she only spends her time threatening the residents and calling the police to fine them. It was a good place to live, but people like that are better off moving. It is not worth paying rent in that place.

Most trailers look nice. There's not a lot of space like in most trailer park, the street are small. They don't have a park or a pool which makes it less fun for kids.

One of the employes said to us ate here to give back to community when all they've done is c7,ut down about 35% of the trees. And most of the residets are real upset. They cut down our tree the one that that convinced us to move here in the first place.

Owner and management team work together as scam artist, charging late fees and doing questionable leases. Go live elsewhere..if the management leaves then consider staying here.
