Beautiful layout. Very clean and very well maintained property. Condo style setup. The rents are $175/MN. The costs of purchasing a home are high like everywhere else but not outta site yet. Places sell very quickly in 2 days. Lots of activities and areas to do them. Very nice folks living year round here. Controlled entrance with 24/7. Really great place all and all.
I had stained a drive way about a month ago in this mobile home resort and every time I went through the front gate I was always stopped and asked for my ID and where I was going. You would have thought I was going to see the president haha Every safe and EVERYONE was friendly. Not with just me but with one another also! Everyone was happy and active seems like a great place to be to me!
This wonderful community hosted the best Christmas light display ever!
