When discussing "Promotions or Special Offers" for a mobile home park like Lake Deeson Village, it's important to differentiate from short-term vacation deals. Mobile home parks typically focus on long-term residency, and any "offers" are generally related to the ongoing affordability of lot rent or specific incentives tied to the sale of mobile homes within the community. Based on available public information, Lake Deeson Village has demonstrated a competitive lot rent, which can be considered a consistent "offer" of value.
For example, a recent listing for a home within the park indicated a "low lot rent of $385" which reportedly included water, sewer, and trash removal. This is a highly attractive rate, especially for a lakeside community in Florida, as lot rents can often be significantly higher in similar areas. Other listings, potentially more current, cite monthly lot rents around $600-$610, with additional pass-on fees of approximately $25. While rates can vary, the overall sentiment points to a community that aims to maintain affordability for its residents.
Prospective residents interested in Lake Deeson Village are strongly advised to:
- Directly Inquire About Current Lot Rent: It is crucial to contact the park management directly to confirm the precise current lot rental rates, what is included, and any potential annual adjustments.
- Discuss Lease Terms: Understand the terms of the lot lease agreement, including duration and conditions for rent increases, to ensure long-term financial clarity.
- Check for Home Sale Incentives: If considering purchasing a mobile home, inquire with the real estate agent or park management about any incentives or reduced pricing for homes currently on the market within the village.
While explicit, flash-sale type promotions are unlikely, the ongoing competitive nature of the lot rent and the overall value proposition of the community serve as its primary attraction for budget-conscious Floridians.

Nice Property, Friendly People, Overall great place
A great place to live! The ladies who manage the park are lovely. Very peaceful community.
We have lived her since April. After living in a extended stay hotel for the past 2years. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and community. We are doing some remodeling to make our home more what we wanted. With rent being so high these days we are very appreciative to the management and couldn't say anything Bad about our experience with anyone. 🏡
A very nice park. Better maintained than most parks I have seen. Only have 3 stars because 1) we are still to young to move there. 2)we are looking to buy one of the travel trailers and put on private property. Very nice people working and living there. Well shaded. Close to I-4, schools, shopping, and hospital. It's on a lake so fishing and boating may be a thing there too.
