Tenants are frequently pressured to maintain cleanliness but fail to provide essential services like leaf collection, leaving residents to bear these costs since garbage man will not take leafs. Living here feels more like a place to sleep rather than a community, as self home improvements and most outdoor activities are not tolerated unless it fits their uniformity, resulting in a mundane living experience. Plus, still no sufficient lights at night.
This park is run down,aqua color trailers,trash on people porches,no where for the kids to play,no lights to see at night throughout the park and so much more I could write a book.Don’t deserve even one star.
I love it here nice people I lived here in 2009 but there's a huge problem someone kids are walking around bare foot and going into people yards throwing things and climbing fences and touching people cars it's ridiculous someone should control them I even saw them hit a neighbor dogs which was VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Due to it being a puppy and try touching other people dogs without permission Batson Dr is not like it used to be with kids disrespecting everyone else property and pets and even adults going near people cars they have there land we have ours plz have respect it's rude to put your trash into our land and we get the blame I had firecrackers in my grass which I was not pleased due to it not being picked up I don't mind but plz pick up your trash and beer I'm not going to keep cleaning your mess
This is a great place to live, a lot of improvement. I like the new parking spaces and the playground.
