Place is a joke. Owners don’t keep promises at all. They just increase the rent every year for profitability. And the lie about how this park is still lower lot rent than the other 5,000 parks they own is another lie. Last year, they increased the lot rent because of the “$20,000 it cost to do the road work.” That roadwork was patchwork at a minimum done but 2 fat guys with a flamethrower and a bucket of asphalt who couldn’t bother feathering out the edges of their fly by night work. You call the on site manager for her bosses number and you can never get anybody. You can’t even find the company that owns this place. What kind of company is that. Sewage was leaking all over a friend of mine’s yard and management refused to do anything until he got the county involved. Turned out, underground, the septic pipes busted and needed replaced. Management didn’t want to do it until threatened with fines and legal action. And even then, they got it done on the last day before the $3,000/day fine would take place. They can’t even keep the grass cut at a decent length. Can’t find anybody to mow grass at decent intervals while they post people for having their grass too high. If I could offer no stars, I would.
Aug 04, 2025 · Willie OdensonThis place isn't what some are saying. The roads have weeds growing, none of the promises that have been made have been completed. The only real thing the new owners have done since buying the park is to almost triple what the lot rent was. They say it's to put in more in line with other parks, however, most of the people in this park are on fixed incomes, and the rent increases take away from money to buy groceries, utilities and other expenses. The only real new thing has been a new sign that's by the mailboxes, which was supposed to be one of the things to get replaced, and they're still the same dilapidated old rusty ones, allowing people to steal mail, which has happened. If I were able to move I would.
Jul 31, 2024 · George MillerI bought a trailer from these guys and paying rent has been a night mare last month the app kept declining my rent then I was told I have to go to Walmart to pay it 🙄 this month they got it on time again and I was still charged with a late fee !!!! Since being here there’s been more issues than I care to count and most of them not being addressed after speaking to a few of the neighbors we learned it’s not just us having these issues and most of use are trying to look for the owners number and not management
Mar 10, 2024 · Leann WhiteDon’t even apply here if you have an older trailer! They had no problem taking our money for the application fee! Not like everyone is trying to live here! You have trailers with no doors, trailers on their sides! Doesn’t look well kept at all! Actually my fiancé and I came to see a trailer before getting the one we have now and almost fell through the floor! So make sure you tell them the year of your home and also they wanted us to send pictures of it too before sending any money to these scam artists!
Feb 16, 2023 · Hailey AdamsWorst people to rent a plot from. New owners bought in August. Never returns calls or emails, quick to call and text about lot rent not being paid. Managers don't know how to return calls about any subjects other than lot rent. Their negligence cost me my house and credit score don't move here
